So we decided to record and manage access to every lecture, interview, and team meeting that took place on Zoom and see what happened. Every conversation was now digitally transcoded, but we were not any smarter than when our conversations were analog.
But even still, our team and our students suffered from the same problems of information loss that we had during in-person work.
